Mama Bear Supply Co.Soothing Sitz Herbal Bath is specially formulated to provide gentle relief for women in the days and weeks after giving birth. This unique blend of all-natural herbs is designed to soothe minor irritations in the vaginal and surrounding tissues, while also supporting a healthy urinary tract.

Soak in Soothing Sitz 1-3 times a day after delivery. Place a handful (approx. 1 cup) into a quart of boiling water. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain out herbs and add remaining liquid to warm water in Sitztub or shallow bath. Can be used in a peri bottle or as a Yoni Steam.
