Cancellations

Bona Dea Naturals will gladly accept cancellations if the cancellation is requested before item has shipped. Cancellations will not be honored after the item has been shipped.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and safety reasons, returns & exchanges are not accepted. Please reach out to us by filling out our online form if you have problems with your order. See shipping policies below for potential refund options in the event a package is lost during shipping transit.

 

Shipping Policies

Products ship in 1 business day (and Saturdays sometimes) via USPS. Tracking information will be provided the day of shipment and shipping options include Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or First Class (2-5 business days) for the United States and First Class International (arrival will vary).

If the tracking information from the USPS states that your order has not yet been delivered (and it should have by now), then we will work with you to get in touch with USPS and figure out the problem. We will not hold you responsible if the USPS loses your package and if that looks to be the case after we've contacted them, then we will re-ship or issue a refund.

Once the order shows as "delivered" in the tracking information provided by USPS, we will not able to assist you any further. If your order has been marked as "delivered" but you feel you haven't received it, I would suggest the following actions:
• Contact your local post office
• Talk with your mail carrier
• Look around your mailbox, door, front porch, or reception area. Keep in mind you are looking for a 5 x 5 x 5 cardboard box.
• Ask your neighbors
• Email USPS regarding "mis-delivered" or "stolen" mail. A link to file a Mail Theft complaint can be found here.
